Guide to taking the course
Please come to the school office 30 minutes before the first lesson and fill out the application form with the necessary information, and submit your passport and ID photo.
Payment must be made in Thai Baht prior to enrollment.
Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and credit card (3% fee).
* Once paid, tuition fees cannot be refunded for any reason.
Dates and times of classes
You can freely create a schedule according to your convenience.
We are flexible to accommodate busy people or those who want to take it easy and go at their own pace.
Available days of the week
Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sundays)
1 class: 3 hours
◾️Morning : 9:00~12:00
◾️Afternoon /13:00~16:00
◾️Evening /16:00~19:00
Available times
▶You can start your course on any day between Monday and Saturday.
You can freely adjust your schedule to suit your needs by combining days of the week and times.
▶The course enrolment period for each course is one year from the date of application.

If you do not have all the necessary items, you may not be able to attend the course or there may be a delay in issuing your certificate.
To ensure a smooth course, please check and prepare in advance.
What you need when applying
Tuition fees can be paid by one of the following methods:

・Bank transfer/Credit card payment (VISA, Master) * 3% fee
*For cash and bank transfer, we only accept payment in Thai Baht.

◾️ 5 ID photos (5cm height x 4cm width)
Please refrain from taking photos in sleeveless or low-cut clothing.
Your certificate will have your photo affixed and will have the Wat Pho school stamp on it.
Therefore, the stamp will not adhere to photos with a smooth surface, such as "sticker photos" or "glossy photos."
Please make sure to prepare a passport photo with a rough, matte surface.
*Printing on photo paper is possible, but printing on copy paper is not possible.
*The number of ID photos required will vary depending on the course you are taking.
◾️Original passport
Regarding your passport, we will check the "photo page" and "Thailand entry stamp page" on the day. Please be sure to bring it with you when attending the class.

For existing students, reservations must be made by 12:00 the day before.

For new reservations, please contact us in advance as the procedure may vary depending on the reservation status.

・Sukhumvit school is closed on Sundays.
■ Payment of tuition fees
Tuition is due in full on the first day of attendance.
If payment is not completed, you may be refused entry.
Please note that once the course fee has been paid, it will not be refunded for any reason.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact us in advance.

Please be sure to leave your valuables in the lockers. The school will not be held responsible for any lost items.

Pants worn in class must reach the ankles.

Taking pictures of the course contents with cameras, mobile phones, etc. is strictly prohibited.

Please refrain from bringing children to classes.

If you behave in a manner that is inappropriate for class or in a learning environment, you may be refused admission.

Due to unforeseen natural disasters, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances, the course time may be changed or canceled.

Students are asked to refrain from using the parking lot in front of the store.

Please make sure to keep your nails short and trimmed.

If you have long hair, please tie it up so it doesn't get in the way.

About group training
A popular plan that allows you to learn in a fun and practical way with your friends!
We also welcome multiple people to attend our school (group training).
It can be used not only as a group activity during your trip, but also as team training for companies and organizations.
You will be carefully instructed by experienced Japanese language instructors, so even first-time participants can participate with confidence.
In addition, those who complete a course that comes with a certificate will receive an official certificate issued by Wat Pho.
